Founded in 2025 by Brittany Willard-Greene in Buford, Georgia, our firm was built on the belief that small, family-owned businesses deserve the same strategic support as major corporations. We provide business owners with the tools, structure, and guidance they need to grow sustainably, because behind every small business is a big story worth preserving.
Our Heritage & Roots
Buford’s historic downtown is more than a backdrop—it symbolizes our community's entrepreneurial spirit. For Brittany, that spirit runs generations deep.
Her great-grandfather, Kelly B. Willard, founded Willard Wrecker Service in 1945—an iconic business that still serves Buford today. That legacy shaped Brittany’s perspective on leadership, hard work, and small businesses' role in building strong, resilient communities.
Brittany is the first female born into the Willard family since 1972, and the first to branch out with businesses of her own—honoring the family name while forging her path.
Barrett & Gavin Executive Partners was founded to support the businesses that built towns like Buford—family-run, community-centered, and purposeful. We’re here to make sure they don’t just survive, but grow, lead, and leave a legacy.

The firm’s name, Barrett & Gavin, was inspired by Brittany’s two sons, who motivate her daily to lead purposefully and build a future rooted in family and impact. Their names symbolize legacy, vision, and the drive to do meaningful work for her own family and the families of every client we serve.
